Privacy Policy

The controller responsible within the meaning of the GDPR is MountainLabs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Vulkanstraße 48, 53179 Bonn, Germany, e-mail: info@mountainlabs.eu, represented by its managing director Tim Koepsel.
Our entire IT infrastructure runs on servers in European data centres. Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH as data processor. The data centres are located in Germany and therefore within the European Union.

2. Advertising and rewarded videos (Google AdMob)
Important: To show rewarded video ads (ads you can watch to receive in-game credits) we use Google AdMob (provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When a video ad is called, Google and its partners process technical data (including device identifiers, IP address, usage behaviour related to the advertising). This may involve a transfer to the USA; Google relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The use of personalised advertising requires your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG). You may object at any time or withdraw your consent by resetting the advertising ID in your device settings and disabling personalised advertising. Further information: Google's privacy policy.
3. Cookies and local storage
Solitude uses only technically necessary storage in your browser (session tokens in local storage, language and game settings). No tracking or analytics cookies are set. Cookie-based audience measurement or profiling does not take place.
4. Discord community server
The official Solitude Discord server is operated via Discord (Discord Inc., 4445 - 440 Great Mall Dr, Milpitas, CA 95035, USA / Discord Netherlands B.V. for EEA users). Joining the server, posting messages and using the verification page are voluntary. When you verify via /verify-user.html, your Discord user ID is linked to your game account to assign roles automatically. Messages you write on Discord are processed by Discord under its own privacy policy: discord.com/privacy. Data transmitted to Discord (user ID, username) is deleted when you unlink the connection or delete your game account.
5. Storage duration
We store your personal data no longer than necessary for the respective processing purpose. After deletion of your player account, account data and content data are removed; server log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest. Statutory retention obligations (e.g. for booking records) remain unaffected.

You have the right at any time to:
